71 Azerbaijani soldiers killed in clashes with Armenia

Clashes erupted on Tuesday along the border of two neighboring countries, which have been at loggerheads over the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh since the 1980s.

Azerbaijan Defense Ministry said that a total of 71 Azerbaijani soldiers had been killed in the clashes with Armenian forces.

Meanwhile, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Wednesday that 105 Armenian soldiers were killed in the clashes. (ILKHA)
