US Secretary of State makes an unannounced visit to Ukraine

Blinken arrived in Kyiv on Thursday to announce $2 billion in foreign military aid to 19 countries, including Ukraine, at risk of Russian aggression.

The State Department did not disclose the countries or how much funding would be dedicated to Ukraine. (ILKHA)
