Afghan Red Crescent Society delivered cash assistance to 900 flood-affected families in Parwan province.

In mid- August, at least 31 people died and hundreds of residential houses as well as thousands of acres of agricultural land destroyed in flash floods in the northern Afghan province of Parwan. (ILKHA)
