According to local sources, zionist police officers kidnaped Owais Hamadah from aboard a cargo truck belonging to a company he works for in the holy city.
His father, Ibrahim, said that the police hauled Owais to an interrogation room at the Moskobiya detention center in West Jerusalem and extended his detention as a prelude to taking him to court on Monday.
Owais Hamadah, a resident of the East Jerusalem town of Sur Baher, had already spent 10 years in israeli jails. He is married with two children.
The zionist police also kidnaped three Jerusalemite citizens from their workplaces in the holy city. They were identified as Haitham al-Jubeh, Rami Baraka, and Sami Abul-Halawa.
Jerusalemite activist Khadija Khuwais was also kidnaped by police officers during her presence in the Bab al-Hitta area that leads to the Aqsa Mosque. She was released a few hours later.
Police forces also stormed the East Jerusalem district of Silwan, south of the Aqsa Mosque, at different times and kidnaped two citizens, including a young man. They were identified as Mahdi Jaber and Zuhair al-Rajbi.
Meanwhile, the zionist police extracted court decisions extending the detention of three Jerusalemite young men until next Thursday and two others until next Sunday.
For its part, the israeli magistrate court in western Jerusalem sentenced a Jerusalemite young man called Kamal Humaidan to 12 months in jail and ordered him to pay 10,000 shekels on a charge of his involvement in an assault on a Jewish settler. (ILKHA)
