Casualties reported after explosion in Belgorod, Russia

According to local sources, at least 3 people were killed and 4 others injured in the explosion.

Russian officials have accused Ukraine of attacking Belgorod, while the Ukrainian authorities have not commented on the issue.  (ILKHA)
