Heavy rain triggers flooding in Turkish capital

Flash floods, triggered by heavy rains, caused damage and heavy financial losses, officials said.

Firefighters mobilized to save people trapped in shops and vehicles after floods overwhelmed the drainage systems in many neighborhoods across the city.
