“The leader of the extreme-right Strict Direction (Stram Kurs) Party in Sweden, the anti-Islamic Rasmus Paludan, burned the Quran under the protection of the police and announced that he would repeat this extreme action,” HÜDA PAR said in its weekly statement.
“We condemn in the strongest way this intemperance, which was deliberately started against Islam and Muslims in the holy month of Ramadan. The fact that this extreme action, which is a provocation against all Muslims, takes place under the protection of the police reveals the target of the Western regimes.”
HÜDA PAR emphasized that Europe would not be able to win this war against Islam, adding that “those who try to fight against the holy Islam will be the losers today, as they were before.”
“It is shameful that Islamic countries are content with statements of condemnation against this state-supported intemperance towards the Qur'an. This silence and unresponsiveness will increase the attacks, and the lives and freedoms of Muslims living in Europe will be endangered,” HÜDA PAR stated.
HÜDA PAR also called all Islamic countries to take action for the legal and political defense of the rights of Muslims and make efforts to punish the attacks against Islam and its sacredness in the most severe way. (ILKHA)
