Netherlands’ inflation hits 9.7 percent in March

The rate of inflation in the Netherlands has risen to 9.7%, the highest level since 1976, according to Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

Consumer goods and services were 9.7 percent more expensive in March than a year earlier, CBS said.

 In February inflation was 6.2 percent. March inflation has been the highest since April 1976. (ILKHA)
