Ukrainian shoot down another Russian aircraft in Kyiv—Interior Ministry

Ukrainian air defense systems shot down a Russian aircraft over Kyiv in the pre-dawn hours Friday morning, causing debris from the plane to fall onto a high-rise apartment building and set it on fire, an adviser to the country’s interior minister said.
