Preparations are better and participation is stronger and more widespread this year, whether by the widening of participation from all over the Islamic world or by the increase in the number of participants and the diversity of their races and languages,” said Dr. Nawaf Takrouri, the Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the International Quds Week, said in a statement.
The International Quds (Jerusalem) Week aims to activate the role of the nation towards the Palestinian cause and to integrate the scholarly institutions directly into practical projects to support Jerusalem and Palestine, and push them to lead the peoples in the work of victory and defense of the cause. and Palestine, and achieving effective and joint communication between the nation’s scholars and unifying their efforts towards the cause.
Dozens of scientific institutions and associations, and civil society organizations working for Palestine, in addition to a group of supporters of the Palestinian cause worldwide, including the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq and ITTIHADUL ULEMA in Turkey, will participate in the event.
