The Orphans Foundation, which has taken on the task of being a bridge between rich and poor, acts with the mission of delivering humanitarian aid to those who are persecuted or otherwise in need, regardless of their religion, language, race, or sect.

“As the Orphans Foundation, we continue our monthly aid to orphan families in the city of Marib with the support of philanthropists. In January, we delivered cash aid to hundreds of orphan families and tried to alleviate their troubles to some extent,” the Orphans Foundation’s representative to Yemen, Adil Al Kurdi, said in a written statement.

“Millions of Yemenis are struggling with hunger and disease. One child dies every 10 minutes from a preventable disease. Yemen remains one of the largest humanitarian crises in the world, with around 21 million people in need of humanitarian assistance, including more than 11 million children. We call on Muslims across the world not to leave their Yemenis brothers to starvation. A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim, so they should do their best to help their Yemini brothers,” Al Kurdi said.

“Families here are in need of basic humanitarian aid such as food, blankets, fuel, and cash aid. More help is needed than in normal times in the harsh conditions of winter. We hope that our Muslim brothers will not forget their Yemeni brothers and will support them,” Al Kurdi concluded. (ILKHA)
