House sales to foreigners increased by 25.8% in September compared to the same month of the previous year and became 6 thousand 630. House sales to foreigners had a 4.5% share of all house sales. İstanbul ranked first with 2 thousand 995 sales to foreigners. The followers of İstanbul were Antalya with a thousand 358 house sales and Ankara with 408 house sales to foreigners.
In the January-September period, house sales to foreigners increased by 43.2% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 37 thousand 479.
House sales were mostly made to Iran citizens according to nationalities
