Altun: We will not let any of our citizens fall behind in life

Noting that "We are taking another significant step in making our people’s lives easier" Altun stated that they began working to ensure that all citizens with reduced mobility, particularly the disabled, have uninterrupted access to transportation services.

Altun noted the following: “In this regard, our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed the Accessible Transportation Strategy and Action Plan to establish the necessary infrastructure, which went into effect after its publication in the Official Gazette. It is intended that by implementing these policies, which are based on the understanding that access to transportation services is a right for all, the lives of individuals with limited mobility will be facilitated, their involvement in socioeconomic life will be enhanced, and their quality of life will be improved. We will not let any of our citizens fall behind in life, have their social lives disrupted, or feel isolated. Under the leadership of our President, we will continue to work diligently and enthusiastically to provide our public services to each and every one of our citizens.” (ILKHA)
