Other house sales in Turkey became 87 thousand 232 by decreasing 11.6% compared to the same month of the previous year. First-time sales in Turkey became 32 thousand 672 by decreasing 51.9% compared to the same month of the previous year. First-time sales had 30.3% share of all house sales in Turkey. The highest number of first-time sales was in İstanbul with 4 thousand 854 sales and share with 14.9%. The followers of İstanbul were Ankara with 2 thousand 230 house sales and İzmir with a thousand 517 house sales.

Second-hand house sales in Turkey became 75 thousand 113 by decreasing 53.5% compared to the same month of the previous year. Houses sales decreased by 22.7% in the January-July period
In the January-July period, 660 thousand 595 houses were sold and decreased by 22.7% compared to the same period of the previous year. Mortgaged sales were 124 thousand 721 and decreased by 68.6%. Other sales were 535 thousand 874 and increased by 17.3%. In this period, houses sold for the first time decreased by 24.5% and became 200 thousand 550. Second-hand house sales decreased by 21.8% and became 460 thousand 45.
In July, 4 thousand 495 houses were sold to foreigners
House sales to foreigners increased by 64.0% and became 4 thousand 495 compared to the same month of the previous year. İstanbul was the first province with a thousand 951 sales to foreigners in July. The followers of İstanbul were Antalya with 931 house sales, Ankara with 312, Mersin with 217 and Bursa with 158 house sales to foreigners.
In the January-July period, house sales to foreigners increased by 46.9% and became 24 thousand 983 compared to the same period of the previous year.
Most house sales were made to Iraq citizens according to country nationalities
