Altun shared the speech that YouTube had taken down on his Twitter account, and noted the following:
“I'm sorry to announce that YouTube has censored the speech I made at the Martyred Diplomats Exhibition. This speech was said to contain hate speech. Please pay attention and make an informed decision. This is hypocrisy and double standards. YouTube considers what we say about murderous terrorists who martyred our Turkish diplomats to be a hate crime, ignoring the hate speech against Islam and Muslims and readily clearing the door for terrorist organizations' black propaganda!
Like it or not, we will say at every opportunity that terrorism has no language, religion, or race. In the realm of media and communication, as in all fields, we have once again seen the importance of domestic and national platforms. Long live the truth!” (ILKHA)
