Turkey’s coronavirus death toll rises to 48,341

According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 5,300,236, after 6,609 more people tested positive for COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.

While at least 1,044 patients are in critical condition, 5,173,186 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

More than 55,899,143 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
