At least 4 people killed in explosion in Afghanistan capital

The explosion, which occurred at approximately 13:45, took place on Chahar Qala Road, local officials said.

The explosion was reportedly caused by an improvised explosive device (IED) and targeted a vehicle, killing at least four civilians and injuring four others.
