Palestine: Thousands of worshipers attend Friday prayer at the Aqsa Mosque

Azzam al-Khatib, the director-general of the Islamic Awkaf in Occupied Jerusalem, said that 40,000 worshipers attended the Friday Khutba (sermon) and prayer, adding that the worshipers started arriving at the holy Islamic site since the early morning hours.

The zionist occupation police deployed road barriers at all entrances to the Old City of Jerusalem, checked the IDs of Palestinian citizens, and blocked the entry of some of them. (ILKHA)
