As the Founders of Ankara No.2 Bar Association, We Call Out to Lawyers,
On May 9, 2021, in the garden of Jerusalem - Masjid Aqsa, what will happen together as World Lawyers for "A World in Peace" against the civil and innocent people who fulfill the requirements of their freedom of belief in their country and homeland, against the human rights violation by the State of Israel in front of the eyes of the whole world. we have to talk and plan what needs to be done. First of all, as all World Bar Associations, we should react against these obvious human rights violations, and as bar associations of law, we should condemn and condemn these events and their responsibilities.
In order to take the most urgent steps regarding these acts that openly disregard fundamental rights and freedoms and human rights, use disproportionate force, are unjust and unlawful, violate and disregard international penal and legal rules, speak of national and international legal sanctions and initiate legal processes. We are writing this letter against the President of the Human Bar Association.
Human rights and human values, which have their meaning and are guaranteed in the first 4 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the Freedom of Expression and Belief and the Right to Life, which are guaranteed in Article 18, are clearly violated,

The International Criminal Court (Rome Statute) is one of the crimes that will require trial within the scope of "genocide crime, crimes against humanity, crimes against peace" which fall under the jurisdiction of the court,
It is clear enough to leave no room for hesitation.
The main purpose of law, international law, international conventions and regulations and the Rome Statute is "to ensure the peace, security and welfare of the world. If there is a threat to universal human rights, this threat should be prevented and these unlawful acts or actions should be the subject of the Crime and Criminal Law.
The criminal authority of the International Criminal Court of Rome Statute covers natural persons. (art. 25/1). Who commits the crime personally in relation to the crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court, who order, request or encourage its commitment, who aids or partners in the commission of the crime, or participates in any form of committing or attempting a crime, directly and publicly encouraging this crime in relation to the crime of genocide people have the power to judge (art. 25/3).
The Court's jurisdiction is not exempted from being in official office, including being a Head of State, Head of Government and a member of the Government. (art. 27)
In cases where the people under the command or authority of the senior executives should be within the knowledge or knowledge of the aforementioned superiors, if the said superior has not taken necessary and reasonable preventive measures, these superiors are also held personally criminally liable (art.28).

We call on all Bar Associations of the World and Lawyers to take effective and fruitful action by the Bar Associations against Israel's actions against international and criminal law, including the resolutions of the UN Security Council and the UN General Assembly.
As lawyers, we must fulfill the responsibility that humanity entrusted to us. The events that are the subject of the crime are very grave events that threaten world peace and took place before the eyes of the public, media and humanity. The criminal incidents in which fundamental human rights were violated clearly violated the Criminal Law rules of the Rome Statute Court and the relevant persons committed a crime.
