Construction cost index increases by 31.97% annually in Turkey

In March 2021, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 3.44% compared with previous month and increased by 31.97% compared with the same month of the previous year.

Material index increased by 4.89% and labor index increases by 0.36% compared with the previous month.

Also, material index increased by 37.96% and labor index increased by 20.36% compared with the previous year.

Building construction cost index increased by 31.62% annually and 3.18% monthly

 Building construction cost index increased by 3.18% compared with previous month and increased by 31.62% compared with the same month of the previous year.

Material index increased by 4.60% and labor index increased by 0.24% compared with the previous month.

Also, material index increased by 37.42% and labor index increased by 20.63% compared with the previous year.

Material index increased by 5.83% and labor index increased by 0.78% compared with the previous month.
