Number of paid employees in Turkey increases by 5.1% annually

While the number of paid employees was 12 million 2 thousand 495 in the same month of the previous year, it became 12 million 614 thousand 757 in February 2021.

When sub-sectors are examined; number of paid employees in industrial sector increased by 8.3%, in construction sector increased by 20.7% and in trade-services sector increased by 0.7%.

Number of paid employees increased by 0.5% monthly

 Number of paid employees including industry, construction, trade-services sectors increased by 0.5% in February 2021 compared with the previous month.

 When sub-sectors are examined; number of paid employees in industrial sector increased by 0.6%, in trade-services sector increased by 0.4% and construction sector remained same. (ILKHA)
