Turkey’s confirmed coronavirus death toll exceeds 28,000

According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 2,638,422, after 6,546 more people tested positive for COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.

While at least 1,185 patients are in critical condition, 2,523,760 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

At least 32,318,182 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
