Mexican president tests positive for coronavirus

He said that his symptoms were mild and that he was optimistic following the diagnosis.

“I am sorry to inform you that I am infected with COVID-19. The symptoms are mild but I am already in medical treatment. As always, I am optimistic. We'll all get through”, he said.

He also added Interior minister Olga Sanchez Cordero will replace him in the daily presidential press conferences for now. (ILKHA)
