Russia reports 23,315 new coronavirus cases, 436 deaths in the last 24 hours

The country’s death toll from the virus has reached 62,273, an increase of 436 deaths in the last 24 hours.

2,800,675 patients suffering from coronavirus have been discharged from hospital after being cured.

Russia was relatively late in suffering a serious outbreak, but currently, Russia has the second-highest number of confirmed cases in Europe after France, and the fifth-highest in the world after the United States, India, Brazil, and France.

The city of Moscow is currently the most affected federal subject, having the majority of confirmed cases.
