Russian president Putin congratulates Biden on winning election

Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to Joe Biden on the occasion of his victory in the presidential election of the United States of America.

“In the message, Vladimir Putin wished the President-elect success and expressed confidence that Russia and the United States, which bear special responsibility for global security and stability, can, despite their differences, really contribute to solving many problems and challenges that the world is currently facing,” a Kremlin statement said.
