69 civilians killed in Armenian Army attacks, Azerbaijan says

The office stated that from the start of the conflict on 27 September to 28 October, a total of 69 Azerbaijani civilians were killed and 322 were injured.

Armenian Armed Forces targeted many major cities of Azerbaijan, destroying 92 buildings, 2,338 homes and 415 public buildings. (ILKHA)
