Turkey: Consumer confidence index increases by %3.2 in September

The index became 82.0 in September while it was 79.4 in August.

Seasonally adjusted consumer confidence index calculated from the results of the consumer tendency survey carried out in cooperation with the Turkish Statistical Institute and Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey increased by 3.2% in September compared to the previous month.

The consumer confidence index calculated according to the before updated situation increased by 3.7% in September compared to the previous month; the index which was 59.6 in August became 61.8 in September.

Financial situation of household index became 71.8

The financial situation of household index at present compared to the last 12 months period which was 67.9 in August increased by 5.8% and became 71.8 in September.

Financial situation expectation index realized as 79.1

The financial situation expectation of household index in the next 12 months period which was 77.8 in August increased by 1.7% and became 79.1 in September.

General economic situation expectation index became 83.3

The general economic situation expectation index in the next 12 months period which was 79.5 in August increased by 4.8% and became 83.3 in September.

Assessment on spending money on durable goods index realized as 93.8

Assessment on spending money on durable goods index over next 12 months compared to the past 12 months period which was 92.6 in August increased by 1.3% and became 93.8 in September. (ILKHA)
