Coronavirus: Turkey reports 20 new deaths, 1,313 cases in the last 24 hours

In a statement posted on his Twitter account, Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca shared the latest official coronavirus figures in the country on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 262,507, after 1,313 more people tested positive for the virus over the past 24 hours.

While 841 patients are in critical condition, 239,797 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

6,621,749 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
