10 ISIL members killed in northern Iraq

Iraqi troops, backed by the Iraqi and international coalition aircraft, carried out an operation in Qara-Chokh Mountain near the town of Makhmour, the spokesman of Iraq Armed Forces Yeiha Rasool said in a statement.

10 ISIL members were killed and 9 caves used by militants as food and drug stores were destructed in the operation, the statement noted. (ILKHA)
