Turkey reports 15 new deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours

In a statement posted on his Twitter account, Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca shared the latest official coronavirus figures in the country on Thursday.

According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 229,891, after 967 more people tested positive for the virus over the past 24 hours.

213,539 people have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

While 561 patients are in critical condition, 212,557 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

4,754,331 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
