“Such step constitutes a bias in favor of the zionist occupation’s side of the story and a denial of historical facts,” Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem stated in a press release on Friday.
Qasem also said that the removal of Palestine from international maps would encourage the Israeli occupation to persist in violating the international law.
“This behavior violates international and humanitarian laws and decisions,” the spokesman emphasized.
On Thursday, a Russian news Twitter page called AS-Source News revealed that Google and Apple erased Palestine from their map services. (ILKHA)
