Only 11 bodies of migrants so far recovered from the Lake Van

The Turkish government launched a search-and-rescue mission involving helicopters and boats after the boat carrying irregular migrants was reported missing on the lake during stormy weather conditions.

Search and rescue crews have reached the bodies of 2 more migrants over the last 24 hours.

The search and rescue work to recover missing migrants is continuing in the lake. (ILKHA)
