Coronavirus: Turkey reports 19 new deaths in the last 24 hours

In a statement published on his Twitter account, Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca shared the latest official coronavirus figures in the country on Sunday.

According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 205,758, after 1,148 more people tested positive for the virus over the past 24 hours.

180,680 people have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

While 1,127 patients are in critical condition, there are some 392 patients who are mechanically ventilated.

3,630,480 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
