Turkey: 97 more people die from coronavirus pandemic

A total of 56,956 cases have been reported, an increase of 4,789 new cases in the last 24 hours.

1,665 patients are being treated at the intensive care units. Of those, 978 people are mechanically ventilated patients. 

3,446 patients have fully recovered from the infection and have been discharged from hospital.

A total of 376,100 tests have so far been conducted for coronavirus in the country, including 35,720 tests in the past 24 hours. (ILKHA)
