More than 2 tons marijuana seized in Turkey, Trade Minister says

Turkish customs enforcement forces seized 2 tons of marijuana at the border crossing with Bulgaria from a truck, which was stopped at the border gate in Edirne province of northwest Turkey.

"2 tons 70 kg of marijuana has seized from in a suspected truck at Kapıkule customs gate. It has been the highest amount of drugs seized at border gates at one time in the history of our country," the minister said. (ILKHA)
