UK: israeli settlements illegal

A spokesperson for the Foreign Office said that the United Kingdom’s stand vis-à-vis those settlements was clear mainly that they are "illegal" under the international law.

The statement stressed that the settlements represent an obstacle before peace and the two-state solution. The spokesperson urged israel to end its settlement expansion policy. (ILKHA)
