US launches airstrikes on Yemen

Early Tuesday morning, a powerful explosion rocked Sanaa, the Yemeni capital, as a result of the US-led attacks.

Yemeni media outlets reported that the strikes targeted military facilities, including the Defense Ministry building.

The US Central Command has claimed responsibility for the airstrikes. However, there has been no official statement regarding the extent of the damage or casualties caused by the attacks. (ILKHA)
