The Syrian regime responded to the rebel advance by launching heavy airstrikes on rebel positions in Aleppo and other areas. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the death toll from the ongoing clashes has risen to 327.

Rebel forces have also made gains in the Hama region, capturing several villages. However, the Syrian military has denied reports of a withdrawal from Hama city.

The rapid advance of the rebels, led by the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham group, has raised concerns about the future of the Syrian conflict and the stability of the region. Iran, a key ally of the Syrian regime, has accused the United States and Israel of orchestrating the offensive.

The Syrian government has vowed to launch a counteroffensive to regain control of lost territory. However, the rebels' momentum and the continued support they receive from various factions have made it difficult for the regime to stem the tide.

As the conflict intensifies, the humanitarian situation in Syria continues to deteriorate. Millions of people have been displaced, and many are facing food shortages and lack of access to basic services. The international community is urged to increase humanitarian aid and work towards a peaceful resolution to the crisis. (ILKHA)
