The five-story building, home to around 150 displaced individuals from the Abu Nasr family, was struck, leaving dozens injured and many still missing under the rubble.

Medical personnel reported that while more than 55 bodies have been recovered, dozens remain trapped under debris, and rescue efforts continue despite severe challenges. Civil defense and ambulance crews have struggled to reach the site due to ongoing shelling in the area.

Local reports indicate that at least 20 severely injured individuals have been taken to Kamal Adwan Hospital, which itself has been under sustained artillery fire since dawn.

For 25 consecutive days, northern Gaza, including Jabalia and Beit Lahia, has faced ongoing bombardment, siege, and forced displacement. With a complete blockade on food, water, fuel, and medical supplies, residents are experiencing critical shortages, raising fears of a humanitarian catastrophe as civilian casualties continue to mount.
