The foundation highlighted the dire conditions faced by millions of displaced individuals living in collective spaces and tents.

Cengiz Kurtaran, President of the Hope Caravan Foundation, spoke to Ilke News Agency about the aid efforts initiated for the victims who will face even harsher conditions with the onset of winter. "Israeli genocidal aggressions continue in Gaza and Lebanon. Winter and winter conditions have started to make themselves felt. Especially in Gaza, 2 million people were displaced. Although they do not leave the region where they live, they are trying to maintain their lives in collective living areas and tent cities in the north. In Lebanon, 1.5 million people had to migrate from south to north and some of them had to take refuge in different countries. Our brothers and sisters who went to the north are also trying to survive in tents and collective living spaces," Kurtaran said.

The foundation is calling for donations to provide winter packages, including beds, quilts, tents, and basic living needs. Kurtaran emphasized the importance of winter clothing aid for children, both domestically and internationally, under the slogan "one boot, one coat." He stressed the urgency of reaching out to those in Palestine and Lebanon who will face particularly difficult conditions this winter.

"We invite our benefactors to be more sensitive and extend their helping hand to our brothers and sisters in these approaching winter conditions," Kurtaran added. The Hope Caravan Foundation aims to support those in need and alleviate their suffering during the harsh winter months. (ILKHA)
