The call came after Israeli cyberattacks on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively, that triggered the pre-installed explosives in communication tools mostly used by Hezbollah members.

The statement informed the Lebanese people that specialized units from the army were detonating suspicious pagers and communication devices in different areas and called on them “to stay away from the detonation sites, and to report any suspicious device or object and not to approach it.”

Israeli cyber-attack killed 32 people, including children, while injuring more than 3,000; among them is the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon. (ILKHA)
