Fidan, who was joined by representatives from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Arab League Contact Group, emphasized the growing international recognition of Palestine and the increasing support for a two-state solution. He also noted the growing number of European countries preparing to participate in the International Court of Justice case against Israel.
The Turkish Foreign Minister criticized Israel's lack of accountability and its unconditional support from the United States, stating that this has led to a breakdown of the international system. He added that Western countries are now beginning to understand this issue.
Fidan expressed hope that Israel would seize the opportunity to achieve a peaceful and secure two-state solution with Palestine before it was too late. (ILKHA)
