Türkiye's industrial production drops 3.9% annually in July

Breaking down the industry subsectors, the mining and quarrying index increased by 3.3%, while the manufacturing index saw a 5.1% decrease. In contrast, the electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply index rose by 8.2% compared to the same period last year.

Monthly Growth of 0.4% in Industrial Production

On a monthly basis, industrial production rose by 0.4% in July 2024. The mining and quarrying index increased by 2.1%, the manufacturing index grew by 0.5%, while the electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply index dropped by 1.9% compared to the previous month.
