The attacks have resulted in the deaths of 43 Zionists, including 19 soldiers, and left 271 others injured.

In addition to the casualties, the rocket and drone strikes have caused extensive damage, leading to over 790 fires across the occupied territories, which have been contained by local firefighters. The Lebanese Resistance movement's ongoing assault is seen as a direct retaliation for the Israeli regime's military offensives against Gaza and southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah's strikes began in early October as a response to Israel's brutal war on the besieged Gaza Strip, which commenced on October 7, 2023. The conflict was triggered by an unprecedented operation carried out by Hamas against Israel in retaliation for the regime's escalated atrocities against Palestinians.

The war on Gaza has seen Israel impose a total siege on the territory, cutting off essential supplies, including fuel, electricity, food, and water, to over two million Palestinians living in the densely populated region. The ongoing conflict has further heightened tensions in the region, with Hezbollah's continued attacks contributing to the volatile situation. (ILKHA)
