Death toll in Gaza rises 39,623 as Israeli genocidal aggression continues

Local health authorities reported that at least 40 Palestinians were killed and 71 others were injured in the recent attacks. Since the beginning of the Israeli offensive on October 7, the Palestinian death toll has reached 39,923, with the majority of the victims being women and children.

Emergency services face significant challenges in reaching many of the casualties and retrieving bodies trapped under rubble or scattered on roads due to ongoing obstructions by Israeli occupation forces.
