The first attack struck a residential house in the Qaizan al-Najjar area, located south of Khan Yunis, resulting in the deaths of four civilians and injuries to additional individuals. In a separate incident, three civilians were killed and others injured when Israeli forces bombed the town of Bani Suhaila, situated east of the city.
Since the beginning of the Israeli military offensive on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the death toll has surged to approximately 39,145 civilians, with a significant number being women and children. The conflict has also left around 90,257 people wounded.
Rescue efforts continue to be hampered by ongoing attacks and the extensive debris, with many victims still missing, either trapped under rubble or scattered along roads. (ILKHA)
