An airstrike near al-Attar Street, west of Khan Younis, killed 17 people and injured 26 others. Footage shared online depicted dozens of wounded individuals lying on the ground, highlighting the severe impact of the strike.

In a separate incident, eight people were killed by an airstrike on a school sheltering displaced individuals in the Nuseirat refugee camp. This attack is the latest in a series of strikes targeting schools by Israeli forces.

Further artillery strikes were reported in Rafah, where Israeli forces have been engaged in ongoing clashes with Palestinian armed groups for the past two weeks.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in central Gaza reported struggling to treat dozens of casualties due to a severe shortage of medicines and equipment. Local authorities indicated that Israeli bombs were causing severe skin wounds to victims, describing the injuries as "chemical erosion."

The situation in Gaza remains dire as the Israeli genocidal aggression continues to escalate, with civilian areas frequently coming under attack. (ILKHA)
