Iran's President-elect vows continued support for Palestine

Pezeshkian emphasized Iran's commitment to the principles of the Islamic Revolution and the ideals of the late Imam Khomeini, as well as guidance from the Supreme Leader. He described supporting the Palestinian nation in their struggle against the occupation and apartheid of the Zionist regime as a fundamental human and Islamic duty.

"Iran will continue its unwavering support for the defenseless Palestinian people until they achieve their aspirations and reclaim Al-Quds," Pezeshkian declared.

The message was in response to Haniyeh's congratulations on Pezeshkian's victory in Iran's presidential runoff election. (ILKHA)
