Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan announces key appointments by Supreme Leader's decree

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has made several high-level appointments according to a decree from the Supreme Leader, as announced by spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, announced on Sunday a series of significant appointments made by the decree of the Supreme Leader. These appointments aim to bolster various ministries and agencies within the government.

Hidayatullah Badri, previously the Governor of Da Afghanistan Bank, has been appointed as the acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum. Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, formerly the deputy head of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, is now the acting head of the Disaster Management Authority.

Sheikh Shahabuddin Delawar, who served as the acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum, has been named the acting head of the Afghan Red Crescent Society.

Mawlawi Matiul Haq Khalis, the former acting head of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, will take over as the acting head of the National Environmental Protection Agency. Meanwhile, Mullah Nur Ahmad Agha, who was the first deputy head of Da Afghanistan Bank, has been appointed as the acting head of Da Afghanistan Bank.

Further appointments include Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, the former deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, now serving as the deputy for financial and administrative affairs at the Ministry of Information and Culture. Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid, the acting head of the Anti-Economic Corruption Directorate of the General Directorate of Intelligence, has been appointed as the deputy for industrial and commercial affairs at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

Hafiz Aziz ur Rahman, previously the acting head of the National Environmental Protection Agency, has been appointed as the deputy head of the Afghan Red Crescent Society. Additionally, Mawlawi Saaduddin Saeed, who was the deputy for tourism, finance, and administration at the Ministry of Information and Culture, will now serve as the deputy for finance and administration at the National Environmental Protection Agency.
