Speaking at the Strategic Thinking Forum held Friday evening in Beirut, Haneyya outlined Hamas' vision and dedication to its cause.
During his address, Haneyya referred to the events of October 7 as a significant upheaval, describing them as an "earthquake that struck the foundations of the Zionist entity," which led to swift intervention by the United States to support the occupation.
He emphasized that the "Aqsa Flood" battle has succeeded in bringing the Palestinian issue back to the forefront of international attention and has unified the nation around this cause. Haneyya highlighted that Palestinian resistance continues to be active on all fronts within the Gaza Strip, even after nine months of ongoing conflict.
Haneyya asserted that Hamas remains committed to the Palestinian people's demands, which include a ceasefire and the withdrawal of occupation forces from the entire Gaza Strip. He also called for the implementation of the Security Council resolution to end the war on Gaza.
This statement underscores Hamas' resolve to adhere to its strategic objectives and the aspirations of the Palestinian populace amidst the ongoing conflict. (ILKHA)
